The Blog
‘Feet of the Month’ is a free foot reading blog based entirely on Visual Reflexology. In monthly posts, I read a pair of feet to illustrate what their appearance tells us as reflexologists. Occasionally there might be a post covering a particular aspect of foot reading that merits further attention.
Visual Reflexology
Ways of reading the feet based on or incorporating the use of methodologies such as Yin/Yang, Chakras, the natural elements, etc., have already been written about extensively. Visual Reflexology reads the reflexes holistically but only as charted by modern Western anatomy & physiology. This is in order to develop a way of foot reading based on our own therapy. And so therefore also understandable to students and those with little or no knowledge of these other methodologies.
The Author
I am a reflexologist with over 30 years of experience and have been researching and teaching Visual Reflexology for the past nine years. I still continue to work as a reflexologist with a mobile practice in Central London.
