This technique is suitable for all clients, but especially those involved in the various stages of reproduction, including postpartum to help the area recover. It takes stretching of the ankle by rotation a step further by continuing the process up the leg joints. So, as well as improving circulation in the pelvis and uterus reflexes in the ankle, it also works on the pelvis in the body, whilst still being relaxing. A client can practice it themself before going to sleep, or rising in the morning or while lying down at any time.
