The biggest sky...in Tibet 1985

I first became interested in complementary therapy while travelling in Asia in 1985. I wanted to study Tibetan Buddhism and culture and the only way to get to Tibet back then was overland through China. However, en route to Lhasa, I became fascinated by traditional Chinese medicine and approach to health which had managed to survive the political upheavals of the time.

Because of this, on my return to the UK, I trained to become a massage therapist. A few years later I decided to study reflexology after noticing that many clients felt better when I worked on their feet than on the area of the body where the problem was. I have now been working as a reflexologist for over thirty years working in the UK and South America. In the past, I have had clinics in some well-known health clubs in Central London but nowadays focus entirely on my mobile practice.

I started studying foot reading over a decade ago and consequently developed my own method and named it Visual Reflexology. I now teach this to both students and experienced reflexologists and have authored the ebook ‘Visual Reflexology & Foot Reading’ on which this blog is based.
