Video 14. Cupping The Heels (chapter 18)
This video demonstrates a simple holding technique for sedation and balance. Cupping both heels with the hands for a few minutes is a good way to feel differences between the energy flow in the two feet, and helps to rebalance this. The technique can be used at the start, then at the end, or at any point during the treatment. It is straightforward but effective and very relaxing for the client.
